They were great!...We made the tortillas last night. They were great! Everyone helped with the mixing and rolling and they still turned out tender. Actually, they are much easier than traditional wheat flour tortillas. As for the Trader Joes brown rice ones, they were declared to be plastic by the seven year old. I may try to make a casserole with them just to frugal. <br />Also, the fig butter tasted just like the inside of a fig newton. We use the Trader Joe's brown rice tortillas and find them to only be good sometimes. <br /><br />I have found using bisquick gluten free biscuit recipe is quite good. Although - with my brood of boys - I need an entire box for one breakfast! :-) Love the lamb cake!
